Time for you really, really matters.

Without you nothing in your world exists.

It matters. You matter.

It's often hard to conceive of, because we are so conditioned to look after everything and everyone before ourselves, but your practice is essential. Time for you really matters. Without you nothing in your world exists.

1. The quality of your attention is important. Your significant people feel it when you are not capable of providing them quality attention. Do you have the capacity to pay wise and kind attention to others?

2. Your self worth is built on providing yourself with ways and means of feeling valuable. How can you help anyone to feel of value, if you don't yet feel worthy. Do you matter enough to yourself to give yourself time and space each day?

3. Your capacity for what Brené Brown calls grounded confidence, lies in your ability to validate own experience of the world from a place of wisdom. Do you give yourself time each day to feel into grounded confidence?

Give yourself time on the mat because you matter!
