Accountability is key to your success.

Self discipline is a struggle for most of us, yet when we add a level of accountability any task is infinitely easier. How might you be accountable to your practice?

1. Add your practice to your calendar, and set reminders for 30 minutes before. This will ensure you have space in each day, and allow you to finish the task at hand when the reminder pops up, and give you a moment to mentally prepare for your practice.

2. Coordinate with friends. Perhaps not at the exact time each day, but commit to doing a practice that day, and then text or call each other to confirm you took the class.

3. Commit to writing about or reflecting on your class afterwards. This makes your practice more than just about physically taking the class.

4. Share your experiences on our new community page. This might inspire you show up to your mat each day!
